I was very happy with your Raised Bed Mix! I used it for a new veggie bed, where I planted radish, arugula, then carrots--all did very well! And I also used it for a raspberry bed and a strawberry bed. I'm planning to purchase more next spring.

We’ve been using Farm-Crafted Compost in our high tunnels for the past few years and have never seen such uniform and robust plant growth. The compost has allowed us to plant 3 successions of crops through the houses each year with increased yield and less disease due to the improved vigor that the compost provides. Steven is great to work with and will do everything in his power to get you what you need when you need it.

I’ve been using Champlain Valley Compost  for years and am always excited to see the results when I haven’t applied it in a few years. The difference is pretty obvious with plants growing larger and blooms being more abundant. The health and vigor of my vegetables is another big plus.

The Vermont Zen Center has used Champlain Valley Compost Co’s products for several years and their products have always been of the highest quality, consistently producing abundant vegetables and flowers. They’ve also given us lots of great advice and excellent delivery service.  It’s a relationship that we trust and rely on season after season.

-Jhana Piche, Vermont Zen Center, Shelburne

We have always been overjoyed with the quality of your compost, the results we’ve gotten, the vegetables we’ve grown, the friendly service, the conversations we’ve had, and  the knowledge we have gained. We have been getting compost from you for over 10 years, feeding the soil in our home garden, the garden at On The Rise Bakery, and (with your generosity) the Richmond community food shelf garden. Thank you for the work you do!

-Judy from Richmond

I was very happy with the Topsoil Plus – Lawn/Flower Mix we ordered from you this past spring. We were developing a large garden from scratch and planted young small plants in mid May. Our garden grew so well and the plants really took off. They looked like what I would have expected in the second or third year after planting. We also saw plants having multiple blooms without pruning. While I did pay close attention to watering given the drought, I attribute a lot of our success to the quality of the soil. Thanks!
